Scrapingdog

www.scrapingdog.com / subscription /IN /since 2021

Cheap per call and useless for most X work: the LITE plan is $40 for 200,000 credits and at 5 credits a request that is 40,000 X calls, or $1.00 per 1,000, exactly the figure the pricing page prints for its Twitter Scraper API row. The catch is coverage - Scrapingdog documents only two X endpoints, a profile lookup and a single-post lookup, so search, user timelines, followers and replies simply do not exist here and four of the six verticals are null. Every plan unlocks every API from one shared monthly credit balance, credits reset on the billing date with no rollover and no overage, failed requests are not charged, and annual billing is twelve months for the price of ten.

Scrapingdog documents exactly two X endpoints and no others: GET https://api.scrapingdog.com/x/profile ("Each successful request costs 5 API credits") and GET https://api.scrapingdog.com/x/post ("Each successful request costs 5 API credits"). The pricing page's own credit table lists a single "Twitter Scraper API" row at 5 credits per request. There is no X search, user-timeline, followers or replies endpoint in the documentation sidebar, so those four verticals are null: not offered, not merely unpriced. Credits are one shared balance across every Scrapingdog API; for scale, the general web tiers are 1 credit for a rotating-proxy request, 5 for JS rendering, 10 for premium or geo-targeted, 25 for JS plus premium. Failed, blocked and timed-out requests are not charged.
