www.lobstr.io / credits

The cleanest per-result price in this set: 1 credit is 1 unique result with no charge for duplicates, so a Twitter search, timeline, profile or follower row all cost the same, from $20/month for 10,000 results down to $500/month for a million. The catch is that this is a hosted scraping tool, not a live API: work runs as scheduled squids with concurrency slots and 7 to 28 days of data retention, the free tier caps exports at 30 rows a request, unused credits are wiped every month, and there is no squid at all for a single tweet's detail or for a tweet's replies. Overage and add-on prices are not published, so the only way past a plan's credits is to upgrade.

lobstr.io sells scrapers it calls squids, and its pricing FAQ states "1 credit = 1 unique result. You'll never pay for duplicates." The pricing-page simulator prints a per-result credit cost for each squid: Twitter Search Results Scraper (Export Tweets) 1 credit, Twitter User Tweets Scraper (Export User Tweets) 1 credit, Twitter Profile Scraper (Export Profile Info) 1 credit, and Twitter Followers & Following Scraper (Export Profiles) 1 credit. The USD value of a credit comes from the plans below. tweet and replies are null because the simulator's full squid list contains no single-tweet-detail and no tweet-replies or comments squid for Twitter, only the four above. Nothing is metered per request, so minPerRequestUsd is null throughout.
